RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
All orders must be picked up on the date selected when placing your order. Orders not picked up on their pick up date are not eligible for a refund and a new order will need to be placed for a new pick up date. Due to the perishable nature of our products and how our products are transported and stored once they leave our bakery, we do not accept returns or provide refunds.
CANCELLATION; We require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon ordering to reserve your date and time.All cancellations requests must be submitted at least 7 business days for birthday cakes and 2 weeks for wedding cakes prior to your scheduled pick up. Once preparation and baking has complete there are no refunds for remaining balance. For order, cancellation or modification please contact us by emailing email@example.com. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, as much as our processing schedule allows.
CAKE CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Our cake tastes best at just below room temperature. You can choose to refrigerate or keep it out of direct sunlight in a cool area on the day of your pick up. If you choose to refrigerate your cake, please take it out 30 minutes before serving to ensure soft cake and creamy buttercream.
